Pricing

Delivery fees for orders under the value of ISK 30,000:

Capital area -  ISK 2,250.

Other areas - ISK 2,250.

Delivery fees for orders exceeding the value of ISK 30,000:

Capital area - No delivery fees.

Other areas - No delivery fees if sent with Distica's carrier.

Delivery fees for returns:

Delivery fees for returns because of "wrongly ordered" products and "expiries" is ISK 2,250 kr.

Distica pays delivery fees for returns for the sake of "imminent expiry", "wrong supply/selling" and "deregistration".

If a customer sends together in a box, a return that Distica shall pay for and a return the customer shall pay, the fee is divided between the two parties i.e. ISK 1,125.

Returns that Distica shall pay for are only paid if sent with Distica delivery vehicles or the carrier company Íslandspóstur.

Service fees:

An express order, picked up by the customer on the same day (5 or fewer article lines) ISK 1,150.
An express order sent to the customer on the same day (5 or fewer article lines) ISK 5,500.
A delivery to a third party ISK 1,550.
Out-of-hours emergency service ISK 22.000.
